Peter Kent takes on media bias issue

Former anchorman sees anti-Tory media bias

Toronto β€” A former national TV anchorman who plans to run as a Conservative in the next federal election says the media is biased against the Tories.

β€œIn a couple of weeks I'm going to throw down a challenge to journalism schools to monitor the balance in the coverage β€” particularly in this city,” Peter Kent said Thursday outside a Conservative caucus meeting.
This should be an interesting story to follow, if Peter can convince a couple of journalism schools to carry out this project. No longer will it be just an 'angry Harper' calling the media to task. Peter has obviously given this some thought and is proposing a unique challenge.
