Harper seems to have at least dodged this one bullet. After making an idiot of himself with a straight “the law’s the law” position on Emery and having had his head handed to him, he gets out the shovel and moves a little closer to the center of the earth….I post my comment, I think the quotations are self explanatory but do go see this guy in action before the Extinction Police haul him back to dino land.
