Volpe is set to announce that, after 12 years of being a number 1 priority, immigration levels will be increased by 35%. Ottawa set to announce immigration overhaul. For everyone's sake, I hope the economy never becomes a "Number 1 priority" of the Martin government. It seems to be the kiss of death.
