Liberal "Conservative Promise" calculator broken down (en francais)

As usual, the 'calculator' relys on Liberal budget surplus predictions - and we all know how accurate they are. Seems like they've picked $18.199 billion as the number for the next 5 years, leaving an annual surplus of 3.64 billion.

I think their prediction for last year was $1.9 billion and the actual surplus was $9.1. Who are you going to believe?

Edit: The Conference Board of Canada budget surplus prediction is $45.9 billion over the next 5 years or $9 billion per year on average.
