Conservative Party releases its final figures for 2004 Leadership Selection Process
On August 19, 2005 the Conservative Party of Canada released the final figures for its 2004 leadership selection process. The figures included all contributions over $200 to each candidate, and the total expenses incurred by each candidate under party spending limits.
Total expenses for the Tony Clement Campaign were $826,807, for the Stephen Harper campaign $2,073,084, for the Belinda Stronach campaign $2,496,482.
