Scare engines on full!
(en francais)

This is for all the people who have said that a Conservative could never get elected in Windsor-Tecumseh.

If that's truly the case, why the need for this screaming headline? Joe Comartin and Brian Masse are supposed to be the two safest NDP seats in Ontario, so why all the fear-mongering?

Sounds to me like some people are desperately trying to shore up their base after publicly proclaiming that there was nothing to worry about. Looks like it's 'everything but the kitchen sink' time.

BTW, thank you very much Buzz. You couldn't have given Conservatives in Windsor-Tecumseh a better gift if you tried. Motivation and momentum work wonders and you have delivered both.

Someones's sweating!

Edit:

With all the ridings in the country to choose from that the NDP hopes to pick up seats in , why is a senior CLC member stumping in Windsor at a Union Hall?

CLC: Retirees need shield in case of bankruptcy

A high-ranking member of the Canadian Labour Congress was in Windsor Wednesday to tell members to vote for the candidates in the federal election they believe will protect retiree pensions.

Secretary-Treasurer Hassan Yussuff said there must be a law ensuring companies continue funding pensions even after bankruptcy.

"We're nowhere close to giving workers the protection and security they require in regard to their pensions," Yussuff said during a news conference at the CAW hall on Turner Road.

...Yussuff said the congress isn't backing a specific party, but giving its three million members information to choose for themselves.
Keep an eye out for Buzz and Jack to visit town again, or better yet Ed!
