(en francais) Just caught the end of an interesting bit on the CBC Evening News. They were reporting on the business success of the current World Junior Hockey Tournament and near the end of the piece, the reporter said Hockey Canada claimed they were owed $1 million dollars promised by the federal government. When contacted, the government denied every making any promise of money. Is it just me, or do you think the last thing the Liberal's want to be hearing about on CBC is stories with the words sponsorship and money.
