Liberal's "Conservative Promise Calculator" - corrected (en francais)

I used the Conference Board of Canada 5 year budget surplus prediction of $45.9 billion dollars:

The Liberals would have you believe that the Conservative promises equal a deficit. As usual, they are playing fast and loose with the numbers. This calculator, taken from the Liberal site, has been corrected with Conference Board of Canada surplus projections used. The only number I changed was the Liberal's 5 year surplus figure of $18.199 billion to the CBOC number of $45.900 billion. When will the Liberals stop trying to fool Canadians?
